Founded in 2012 by Graham Skinner, following the successful creation of Spinningfields as a director of Allied London. The consultancy then continued to act as Development and Construction Director to oversee the design, planning, leasing, funding and institutional sales, adding significant value to the bottom line on the final phases including XYZ, 1 Spinningfields and The Ivy.
Following completion of Spinningfields Graham was presented with the British Council for Offices Chairs Award for his work in the region
