The greatest opportunity to add value is at the outset by rigorously challenging the brief and the initial concept designs. Phasing, cash flow, and early release of value are key to most projects and need to be considered at the outset.

We then need to team-build and ensure that we have the right design, specialist consultants, and supply chain. This means the right individuals within those companies. Relationships are fundamental to successful projects.

We can assist as your scheme requires on a full DM or ad-hoc basis including:-

  • Review initial proposals, acting as ‘devils-advocate’ to analyse, interrogate and shake through proposals to see that the best value proposition has been considered
